Saudi Arabia

Full-Service Employee Management for the Saudi Market

Iqamas, work permits, GOSI, WPS payroll files, renewals across every portal. This is the unglamorous work that keeps a Saudi entity legal, and it is what our Government Relations Officers do all day. Two packages, priced for small teams, run by people who know the portals first-hand.

Why Outsource

The cost of getting Saudi compliance wrong

Here is what an unmanaged employee file actually costs in Saudi Arabia. An Iqama that expires draws a fine and blocks that employee's banking and travel. A GOSI wage that does not match the Qiwa contract surfaces at inspection. A late WPS upload flags the company in Mudad, and a Nitaqat downgrade quietly freezes your next work permit. None of these are exotic risks. They are what happens by default when nobody owns the dates across MISA, HRSD, ZATCA, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem. Our Government Relations Officers own them for you.

⚖️

Regulatory Confidence

Rules change without much announcement in the Kingdom. Our GROs work the MISA, HRSD, ZATCA and GOSI portals daily, so changes reach you as an instruction, not as a penalty letter.

🛂

Visa & Iqama Management

Work permits, Iqama issuance, transfers and renewals, tracked from 90 days out. A lapsed Iqama also breaks the employee's dependents' status, which is why we never let one get close.

💰

Payroll & WPS Compliance

Mudad registration, WPS file uploads, and payroll assistance ensure your salary disbursements are fully compliant with Saudi labour law and Wage Protection System requirements.

📊

Nitaqat / Saudization

Maintaining the right Saudization ratio protects your Platinum Nitaqat status, unlocks government benefits, and keeps your licence in good standing with HRSD.

🔄

Company Maintenance

MISA, Commercial Registration, Chamber of Commerce, Muqeem and Qiwa renewals, all on one calendar and filed early. An expired CR freezes the bank account, so this list is not optional admin.

🤝

Dedicated GRO Support

Unlike generic service providers, your account is managed by a dedicated Government Relations Officer with direct experience across Saudi portals and ministries.

Package Selection Guide

Which package is right for you?

The honest dividing line is simple: if you employ or plan to employ any expatriate, you need Full, because everything visa-related sits there. Basic exists for stable, Saudi-national teams in maintenance mode. The signals below spell that out.

Entry-Level Coverage

Basic is right for you if…

Your entity is already established, your workforce is stable, and your primary need is ongoing compliance maintenance rather than active employee onboarding or visa processing.

  • You have a fully Saudi national team and do not need work permits, Iqamas, or expatriate visa services.
  • Your company is in a steady-state phase, with no new hires planned and no structural changes to MISA or Commercial Registration anticipated.
  • You have a functioning payroll process and only need WPS certification and Mudad compliance support, not full payroll assistance.
  • You want a reliable GRO to manage renewals (MISA, CR, Chamber, Muqeem, Qiwa) and government portal maintenance on your behalf.
  • Your headcount is 1–2 employees and you do not anticipate headcount growth within the engagement period.
  • You have existing employment contracts in place and do not need generation or Qiwa authentication services at this time.

Reconsider if…

  • You are hiring or plan to hire any expatriate employees. Basic does not cover work permits, Iqama issuance, or Non-Saudi GOSI registration.
  • You need payroll assistance or WPS file uploads. These are exclusive to the Full package.
  • Any structural change to your company (MISA, AoA, CR amendments) is anticipated. These require the Full plan.

Comprehensive Coverage

Full is right for you if…

Your entity is actively operating, hiring, or onboarding expatriate staff. You need the whole employee lifecycle handled, from visa issuance through payroll compliance and ongoing renewals.

  • You are onboarding or plan to onboard expatriate employees and need work permit issuance, Iqama processing, and Non-Saudi GOSI registration handled.
  • You require full payroll support: Mudad registration, WPS file uploads, payroll assistance, and GOSI invoice management for both Saudi and non-Saudi staff.
  • Your business involves travel-heavy roles that require exit re-entry visas, business visit visas, or family visa facilitation for employee dependents.
  • You anticipate structural changes to your entity, such as amendments to MISA, Articles of Association, or Commercial Registration within the year.
  • You need employment contracts generated and authenticated via Qiwa, or require Etimad portal registration for government contracting eligibility.
  • You want one engagement covering every government portal, employee document, renewal, and compliance obligation, with one person answerable for all of it.

You may not need Full if…

  • Your team is entirely Saudi national with no plans to hire expatriates and your entity is in pure maintenance mode.
  • You have an in-house HR or PRO resource handling employee transactions and only need back-end compliance and renewal support.

Important Notes

What you should know

Additional Employees

Beyond 2 Staff Members

Each package covers up to 2 employees. Companies with more than 2 employees will be charged an additional per-head fee after the first 2. Companies with 20+ employees receive a fully tailored package based on their specific structure and needs.

GOSI Breakdown

Saudi vs. Non-Saudi Nationals

GOSI invoices are broken down by Saudi Nationals and Foreign Nationals because the contribution rates differ materially. Your GRO provides the employer and employee split each cycle so finance can book it correctly the first time.

Government Fees

Billed at Cost, Separately

Management fees cover professional services only. Government and regulatory fees (visa fees, Ministry charges, portal fees) are charged separately at cost with full transparency and prior notification.

Minimum Engagement

3-Month Minimum

Both packages are subject to a minimum 3-month engagement. This ensures sufficient runway for your GRO to establish portal access, manage regulatory timelines, and deliver consistent compliance outcomes.
