Phase 2: In the Home Country

Once your employer has authorized the visa, the process moves to your country of residence. This phase involves validating your credentials and health status before the visa is stamped in your passport.

Employee Actions

The employee must visit the Saudi Embassy or an authorized center (such as VFS Tasheel) to submit the following documents:

    Attested Educational Certificates

    Your degree must be attested by the Saudi Cultural Attaché and the Saudi Embassy in your home country.

    Medical Certificate

    A health report from a recognized clinic (GAMCA/Wafid approved) confirming you are free of infectious diseases.

    Police Clearance

    A criminal record check from your local authorities.

  • 4

    Biometric Data

    Submission of fingerprints and facial scans at the visa center.
