Operating in the tourism sector — accommodation (hotels, resorts, furnished apartments), tour operators, travel agencies, or tourism activities — requires a tourism license from the Ministry of Tourism in addition to commercial registration. Ministry of Tourism

The Ministry of Tourism is responsible for developing and regulating the tourism sector. It issues tourism licenses, sets classification and quality standards (e.g. hotel star ratings), and works with the Tourism Development Fund and other bodies. Hospitality and Accommodation

Hotels, resorts, furnished apartments, and other accommodation providers must obtain a tourism license from the Ministry of Tourism. Classification (e.g. star rating) may be required. Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need a tourism license for short-term rentals (e.g. Airbnb)?

Can we operate tours without a tour operator license?
