GRO & Government Relations
What does GRO service include?
Government Relations (GRO/PRO) covers the full spectrum of regulatory liaison in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This includes visa applications and renewals, Iqama processing, license renewals, portal management on Qiwa, Mudad, MoHRE and GOSI, Saudisation (Nitaqat) compliance, and day-to-day government authority follow-ups on behalf of your entity. Do you handle visa and Iqama processing?
Yes. We support the full visa and Iqama lifecycle — new applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations. For Saudi Arabia we work with Qiwa and Ministry of Labour portals; for the UAE with MoHRE and the relevant free zone or mainland authorities. We also assist with premium residency applications where eligible. Saudi Iqama guide →
What is Saudisation (Nitaqat) and how do you help?
Nitaqat is Saudi Arabia's workforce nationalisation scheme requiring companies to maintain a minimum percentage of Saudi nationals on payroll, varying by industry and company size. We monitor your Nitaqat band in real time, advise on hiring strategies to maintain compliance, and manage all portal submissions on Qiwa and HRSD to keep your entity in the Green or Platinum band.
EOR — Employer of Record
What is EOR and when do I need it?
An Employer of Record (EOR) means Incorporated acts as the legal employer for your staff in Saudi Arabia or the UAE while you maintain full day-to-day management control. It is the fastest way to hire compliantly in-country without first setting up a legal entity — ideal for market-testing, short-term projects, or bridging the gap while your own entity is being registered. How quickly can you onboard an employee via EOR?
In most cases we can onboard a new employee in Saudi Arabia or the UAE within 5–10 business days, subject to document completeness and visa status. Our EOR infrastructure is already in place, so there is no waiting for entity registration. We handle the employment contract, payroll, GOSI or GPSSA contributions, and benefits administration from day one.
Can I convert an EOR engagement to my own entity later?
Yes, and this is a common growth path. We assist clients in transitioning employees from our EOR to their own registered entity once the company formation is complete. We manage the contract novation, visa transfers, and payroll migration to ensure continuity of employment and full legal compliance throughout the handover.
Payroll & Compliance
What does your payroll service cover?
Our payroll service for Saudi Arabia and the UAE covers monthly payroll calculation and disbursement in local currency, WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance, GOSI contributions, end-of-service gratuity calculations, expense reimbursements, payslip generation, and annual payroll reconciliation. We also handle EOBI and pension contributions where applicable. Payroll services →
Do you provide banking support for new entities?
Yes. Opening a corporate bank account in Saudi Arabia can be challenging for newly registered entities. We assist with preparing the required documentation, liaising with local banks, and navigating the KYC process. We work with major Saudi and international banks operating in-Kingdom.
